Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. A cancellation fee will apply for No Call/ No Show/Same Day cancellations will result in being charged 100% of services booked.
